Shipping costs and delivery times
Details of the different shipping costs can be consulted here. Shipping costs are free for orders over 300 Euros, except for float tubes and boats. Exchanges and returns will be free, as indicated in the current General Conditions of Sale on our website.
Delivery times:
Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) - Standard MRW  2 to 5 business days
France - Standard MRW France 2 to 5 business days
Portugal - Ceuta and Melilla 2 to 5 business days
Rest of European Union - International MRW 3 to 7 business days
Shipping costs:
General Rate - Spain and Portugal €8.25
General Rate - France and Rest of European Union €13.95
*No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Azores or Madeira.
Cash on delivery payments
In addition to the amount of your order, with this payment method, the transport company MRW will charge an additional 3.6% of the purchase value which you will pay upon delivery.
Transport costs and delivery times
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer in the order form and only to the geographical destinations specified in the delivery methods.
 
All products are shipped in perfect condition. The customer must notify the logistics company (or courier) of the slightest trace of impact (holes, crushing marks, etc.) on the package, and, where appropriate, must reject the package if deemed necessary. An identical product will be sent free of charge after the appropriate checks.
 
As with any shipment, a delay or loss of the product may occur. In such a case, the logistics company will be contacted to initiate an investigation. All necessary efforts will be made, for the required time, to locate the package. 
 
For our part, we decline any responsibility for delivery times caused by the logistics company, especially in case of loss of products, weather, or strikes, always within the deadlines previously informed in our Shipping Costs and Methods section.
 
Delivery times begin once the logistics department starts the preparation process.
 
Summary of Delivery Time and Deliveries with Damage:
The delivery time for each item will depend on its availability, and this is indicated on the product page. The delivery time also depends on the payment method you select when placing the order.
From that moment, the order will be processed and sent. In any case, the order must be executed at the latest within 30 days from the day after the day on which you made the payment. The delivery period will begin 4 hours after the order is placed, except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
 
In the event that the product arrives in defective or damaged condition generally due to transport, it will be exchanged for the same product in perfect condition without any additional charge. In this regard, if you notify us of the incident within 24 hours after receiving the order or note on the carrier's delivery note any damage you detected upon delivery of your order, for example, wet package, opened or unsealed package, package with a hit, open plastic, etc., the mediating insurance will be directly responsible for the damages caused and the management of the incident will be shorter.
 
IMPORTANT: You must inform us within 24 hours of the product's delivery of any deterioration or breakage of the shipment caused by transport, by email to info@casapintat.com, phone call, or WhatsApp within this period and also to the transport company used for delivery. Outside of this period, the mediating insurance will not be responsible for the damages caused by it. We ask you to inspect the product on the same day of delivery to avoid complications in a possible claim.
 
Information regarding customs procedures.
When orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and Andorra (currently unavailable) are enabled, they involve local customs procedures.
 
·       SAD.
The SAD (Single Administrative Document) is a document used for fulfilling customs formalities such as export, import, or transit. It serves as a basis for the subsequent income declaration and provides information on the merchandise, its origin, value, taxes, etc. The SAD fee is applied per shipment (not per product).
 
·       Costs of customs procedures
Grauvell is responsible for carrying out the customs procedure. Grauvell covers the SAD for import and the SAD for export. The buyer will receive the merchandise at their address, without any other procedures and without additional cost to the amounts paid at the time of purchase, as all indirect taxes (IGIC, IPSI, etc.) are included in the order.
